Firca yardimi ile sebzelerin üzerine gezdirdim. Sirasi ile sebzeleri kizarttim.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#666666;"&gt;Domatesleri tostun icine tüm koydum. Zaten onlarda hemen yumusayacaklar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#666666;"&gt;Mantarlari bir tavaya koydum, suyunu cekene kadar agzi acik birakarak biraz pisirdim. Degisik birsey yapayim derken böyle bir sonuca ulastim. Bizler begendik, tadi hosumuza gitti. Yapilisi tursu tarzinda ancak yenilis olarak salata türünde. Ben salatalarin üzerine 5-6 dilim pancar tursusu koyuyorum ve cok seviyorum. Evde sadece ben seviyorum, henüz bana eslik eden olmadi, ama görüntü olarak aile fertleri pancarlari begeniyor. Ister sade haliyle yani kavanozdan aliverip yeyin, ister yaptiginiz salatalara ekleyin. Ben her iki sekildede tüketiyorum.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:130%;color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Malzemeler ve Yapimi:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;1 &lt;/span&gt;kilo yada azicik fazla kirmizi pancar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt; su bardagi sirke&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;2-&lt;/span&gt;3 tatli kasigi tuz&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt; yemek kasigi seker&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;4-&lt;/span&gt;5 dis sarimsak&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;Pancarlari &lt;/span&gt;soyalim, büyükce bir tencereye yerlestirip, pancarlarin üstünü bir parmak gececek kadar su koyup kaynatalim.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;Bicakla&lt;/span&gt; pancarlarin yumusamis olup olmadiklarini kontrol edip pismeleri halinde kendi suyunun icinde sogumaya birakalim.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;Soguyan&lt;/span&gt; pancarlari önce ikiye bölelim, bunlari &lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;yarim ay&lt;/span&gt; gibi ince ince dograyalim.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;Hepsini bir&lt;/span&gt; kavanoza dolduralim, aralarina sarimsaklari kesip kesip yerlestirelim. Kendi suyundan 1 bardak alip icinde tuzunu ve sekerini cözelim. Kavanoza bu bardagi bosaltalim. 1 bardak sirkesinide ekleyelim. Tencerede kalan kaynamis pancar suyunuda kavanoza dökelim. Agzina kadar dolduralim ve 1 hafta kadar serin bir yerde bekletelim. Sonra zaman zaman patlicanlari cevirerek közlenmelerini sagliyoruz. Firin bosa yanmasin diye birkac patatesi de ekleyebiliriz. Cocuklar patatesi cok sever ellerine tutusturuveririz, tuzlayip yesinler diye...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Patlicanlar yumusadiysa artik közlenme islemi bitmistir. En son zeytin ile süsleyip tuzu, nar eksini ve zeytinyaginida karistirip salatanin üzerine dökeriz. Kabakları alabula soyup yuvarlak sekillerde ince ince dogruyoruz. Kırmızı biberi de dilim dilim dogruyoruz. Kabakları ve biberleri zeytinyagında kızartıyoruz. Kizartmanin en son asamasinda sarmisaklarida kabaklarla ve sebzelerle bir iki saniye kizartiyoruz. Pilav, kadinbudu köfte ve firinda sebze. Salata olarak istah acici bir mevsim salatasi, tatli olarak da keskül. Benim yemegin en sevdigim tarafi salatalari...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#cc0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Malzemeler: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Bir bag kivircik marul, 1/2 bag roka, 1 domates, bir kirmizi sogan, 1-2 salatalik, 2 havuc, pancar, ben sonradan 3-4 kasik misir da ekledim. &lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Sosu icin:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; 1 limonun suyu, 1/2 cay bardagi kadar zeytinyagi, bir tatli kasigi salata baharati, tuz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Yapimi:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; Önce marulu, rokayi sonra sirasi ile diger malzemeleri orta büyüklükte dograr, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;n son salata baharatini üzerine serper ve limonunu, yagini sofraya getirirken de tuzunu ekleriz. Bence en güzel yaz yemegi; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;öyle zengin bir salata.
